In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty. If you return a faulty item, we will thoroughly inspect it. If the fault is due to our error, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the product.


Statutory Cancellation

Certain items are exempt from the statutory cancellation rights. However, for upholstered furniture, statutory cancellation applies if the product is faulty, missing, or does not meet the specified standards.


Assembly of Items

Returns are only accepted for items that have not been assembled. If you assemble the item, we will not accept a return, as we cannot determine whether any damage occurred during assembly. If a fault arises during assembly, please contact us, and we will provide a suitable resolution.

To avoid any issues, we recommend that customers inspect all items before assembly and retain the original packaging, as it is necessary for the return process.

Return Process

Damaged Items
